people didn't care until Microsoft entered the ring. All of a sudden the ps2 had a competitor and the ps fans got scared. They started to tout how the ps2 has this amazing lead over the original Xbox. Now that the Xbox has a lead over the ps competitor though, the ps fans don't really want to talk about sales figures.
