The 360 version looks really good. I don't see anything that looks better on the ps3 version. Maybe, I can't see all those good things, maybe jaggies are things people want. Oh well, just my opinion.

You can tell by her hair. when she moves in the game her hair is really stiff looking (like DOA4) and this shot has the same crispy hair. Most cgi hair looks WAY better.
a video clip that doesn't use in game character and backgrounds. They are higher poly count objects that promote a more realistic video that the game itself can produce (final fantasy). Gears of War has no cgi it uses all in game assets. That's cgi 101

It has to be in-game POG. There is no way that cgi hair would look that bad. there are only about 5 segments in that hair. Generally cgi hair has roughly 20. I'm still just trying to understand what you people think is so nice about this game. I have seen the video footage and the back grounds look good. The characters look not so good. and the gameplay looks old and done. Oh well, that's just my thoughts.

It is straight forward (unless you aren't smarter than a fifth grader) If the game features jump in jump out, online co-op downloads pause. Just to REALLY break it down, jump in jump out is when a friend can just come into your game over live and then leave when they have to do something else. Basically, if you are playing a jump in jump out game, you are always connected and your information is constantly streaming over Live. That is why the download stops. Those two games are the only ones ...
If you are playing a single player game on Xbox live, your downloads continue to download....The only time it doesn't is if the game features a jump in jump out online co-op mode. Gears and Crackdown are (even in single player mode) always connected to Xbox live. It's a pretty neat feature. Since they are constantly connected to live, the downloadd pauses. If you are playing any single player game with out jump in jump out, the download keeps going.
Leon, You are completely corrrect. I love that there are no building (actually I think there is one), one car (that sure can jump well), a tunnel (that doesn't put shadows on the car), and 3d spectators. Well at least they made some nice spectators. Don't get me wrong gt has put out some visually stunning games for the ps2. Just don't compare a one car demo to a true racing simulator....not a driving simulator (which happens to be gt's motto)

It's actually a great price. You must not remember the price of the wheel that came out for gt4 ($250). So to answer you questions, no a first party wheel (that comes with a game) is not expensive at $150
gthd has 1 car on screen at once. I agree it looks great, that one car looks wonderful (until it bounces off a wall). How can your compare 1 car to 8? Oh well I will never understand some people.
Weird I would just use the engines built in camera for fov. Oh, maybe dj doesn't know that you can do that sort of stuff.
