I can't wait for this dang game to come out! I almost have the 3 screen set-up complete!
If getting rid of detail, means enhancing visuals...then yes the ps3 is doing a great job. The rsx chip is doing its job perfectly. I don't understand how dj can constantly say the ps3 beats the 360 on everything all the time. I agree there are screens that the ps3 looks great! The king screen for one it looks great! On the other hand the tower just looks like it's hazey (like San Francisco on a HORRIBLE day) It just doesn't look detailed at all. I just don't get how this guy thinks he can co...
The tower pic is better on the 360 and so is the trail pic (there is a lot more foliage). If you really wanted to say how good the ps3 is, you should have for sure left those out.
It's a very hard game. A lot of people didn't like it because they felt like they weren't good gamers. The game (NG1 or black) is very hard and totally awesome. When you beat it you actually feel like you have accomplished something. I would say go for it, but that's just my little opinion.

I feel bad for the guy, He makes new profiles because he only has one bubble.....then he loses 2 bubbles in (I think) 1 day.
You do realize that every track has many different ribbons right? There are (I think) 40ish tracks...that's plenty....for me at least.
I cannot wait for this game. I already have 2 360's, 2 identical HDTV's and the wireless racing wheel. I just need one more and the set up will be complete! Oh, I might need to get a rear view monitor also. I love that you can do 6 screens on this game!

You have to give Mart credit about one thing...He is consistent. Mart they are just giving their opinion....and sometimes lies. They really like their ps3's, let them like them. Call them out when they are just flat out making crap up, but let them go, buddy. I dig my 360, I am stoked for some GAME releases. That's what console is about though...great games. There is no need to hate them, just feel bad for them....that's what I do!

I may be wealthy, but I am no idiot sir. Free is fine...if there were games I liked. $50 is great when I'm playing the games I enjoy. Most 360 gamers wouldn't cry if live was free, we just don't care that it's $50. We have money, we like quality stuff, we're good with live.

Just because the console costs $880 to manufacture and they sell it for $600, doesn't mean they lose $280 a system. Most stuff you purchase at stores have a 100% mark up. So, if..........the ps3 goes for 600, the store probably......bought it for 300. So sony actually loses $580. You have to realize that the stores have to make a profit also, right? They don't just sell it for the same price they purchase it for.
You should see some of the thoughts dj has about stuff. He has private messaged me a couple times with insane thought processes. Mart is a little on the deep side too. I personally love my little 360, but I am not going to make up crap, just to validate my purchase. I'm not going to mention that my add on wifi has a much longer range than the built in ps3 one unless I have done tests (in many variable circumstances). You are trying to tell me that all of the super dedicated won't come in here. I can see little dj saying that $600 is the perfect price for such a perfect piece of machinery. Then Mart will come in and say...see, the ps3 is too expensive, notice the 360 is beating the ps3 by 100,000 units sold. You really don't think this will happen?

You my friend need to calm down. Everyone should get that it is from a cut scene. The dev said it was. people are just wondering if it is CGI or in game assets. Which I believe it is in game, because if it was cgi it would look a lot better!
So I guess gamr didn't read the whole review. There is a little paragraph at the end that basically says, even though the graphics are better doesn't mean it's the best of the 3. You really should read the whole thing, because if you don't it kind of makes you look like a tool.
