It's still nowhere near what the series used to be. He can say what he wants but it's obvious this is an anemic offering for a GT game and the campaign is basically skills challenges to train you for the esport online mode. No thank you.
Big step back for the series imo. Single player and tons of content is what has always made GT the definitive racing game.
Depends. When Sony drops the Pro to $350 it will be hard to argue the value it represents along with the great exclusives Sony has to go with it.
Count me out as well. This wave of online required crap is really killing gaming for many. For honor and this are two games that should have had offline sp campaigns.....I mean what is so hard about that?
The new dlc will be epic but a new system and a game are a lot more and does not merit a fair comparison.

Doubt it buddy. No reason it shouldn't it has an obvious edge in overall system power except for people who do not want to admit that. This will be one of many games that will reflect that edge until ps5 releases for Sony.
A sneaky shitty way by Polyphony and Sony to make people sign up for ps plus to compete in their shitty esports based GT game. I knew something wasn't right when the details of this game started to come out with just 140 cars, 19 tracks, no damage modeling, same shitty sounds and then of course the online aspect and now reading this just completes the whole pathetic picture. Sony has allowed Polyphony to use the GT brand and take it to the lowest of low levels and in the process turn away...
What a freaking joke.....this gen has really become a letdown for some major franchises like this and mass effect in particular....forget this shit ....count me out Polyphony. GT has always delivered the most content and best experience period but this is a lazy failed pathetic attempt by them at trying to sell us a shell of a game and thinking people will line up like sheep because it is the 'New GT'. Good luck Polyphony and shame on you Sony for allowing this.
They are gonna make us wait til right before the third game drops and by then who cares? Release both of them now so people can get hyped for crackdown 3 BEFORE it comes out. They really are clueless on this series.

How about they release a 'Killzone Kollection' running at 1080/60 and some Pro specific enhancements as well? Same for the Resistance series by Insomniac. Those two series were to me better than Halo and Gears in many ways last gen and if they could do that I think myself and many mothers would buy them asap.
