If games are made to push the PS4 I'm sure they can do 1080p and 60 fps. The Xbox One might have more trouble with the weaker RAM. It really depends on what else the developers want to include in their games though.

This would be okay for offline games but forget about it for games you want to play online with your friends.

That's Microsoft for you and why I don't like them. I've been watching them do the same old crap going back to the 80's. When they got really big they got greedy and started trying to destroy everyone else.

Now Gamestop can return the favor. This current generation most Gamestop employees seemed to push the 360 on their customers. Now they can push the PS4 on everyone. That at least makes sense since the PS4 will have more games they can sell used.

Why did Namco have to steal these games away from Atlus? That was bad. Atlus should be making these games. They actually care about gamers.
Not more of this stupid cloud crap. That isn't real. Microsoft just threw that out there to make the Xbox One look more powerful than it is. It won't do anything to make the Xbone more powerful.
Anything can probably do this cloud nonsense. It has to be programmed in the games. You just need servers set up on your network to do it. But what can it really do? Is it even worth it? The developers aren't going to want to waste time on that feature. And if both consoles do it they'll need to be done different ways so that will mean twice the work for that feature. Developers don't want to deal with more work.
