I do not agree with you guys. Saint's Row 2 wasn't perfect but it was damn good. Why can't someone like GTA and SR? SR2 had some great co-op for their main game and the story was just fun. Over the top? Sure! There is nothing wrong with a good old sandbox game that makes you feel like a king.
It also has some great customization and other things that make this game what it is....uhh like weed...beer...store robberies...

@ Bereaver I was around then and no the mouse was not criticized as much. There were a lot of new input devices back then...mostly joysticks etc. Where the mouse was criticized (by some) was as a gaming tool. FPSs really changed this aspect and 3d gaming. Until then you used the arrows on the keyboard. He is stretching it though. The mouse was a input tool. Kinect is taking what we already have (a controller) and making it worse. The only good point he makes is any tool can be good if the rig...

This weekend Steam is selling the complete GTA IV (with expansions) for 9.95 with a decent marketing campaign.
Also steam updates GTA IV to a version that doesn't work with MODs.

Yeah I dunno I think the article was written poorly. Sounds like Jaffe was being humble. The interviewer focused too much on David's humility rather than what really matters. It was just written horribly.

Actually I am kinda pissed about this. I was lead to believe that with MvC 3 they were going to do extra Characters via DLC rather than a new release.
This is kind of BS. I expect it with SF IV because it is a competitive game.
MvC 3 is supposed to be more about the fun and DLC characters already exist.
