if you read some of my previous comments in my profile, i predicted that Halo Wars would be a flop. So to prove this to myself i downloaded the demo and now i must say that i have done a complete 180 degree turn on that comment.
The game controls work surprisingly good and the gameplay from what i have seen and played looks solid. Im now seriously thinking about getting myself a copy.

Denial isn't a healthy thing to live with, Halo IS revolutionary because it took FPS games where they have never been before, threw in vehicles, a PROPER storyline and a kick arse hero who is iconic across all consoles. PS3 fa99otboys know of him, nintendo fellas know of him, and xbox champions love him.
KillZone 2 will never be revolutionary because they game is EXACTLY like Frontline: Fuel of War, want similarities?
Im a Xbox man as i have said many times but to be honest until we hear whats going on at E3 and GDC, im not even interested at all.
I'm not gunna get Halo wars, GTA4 DLC, Fable 2 DLC (EVER AGAIN!) and as for the others well just wait and see.
Only games I'm actually looking into are Section 8, Halo ODST and the next Call of Duty installment. so for me anyway its gunna be a quiet year, but i could always get suspended from xbox LIVE for the 4th time! thats always fun...

The cost to me aint really an issue but it is a little much considering our aussie dollar is almost as strong as the yanks. but i will always keep paying for the service because there is no other console in the same league as the xbox live service.
