Wow pretty mediocre score!
Wow, tons of positive reviews just keep flowing in for this. I think I may just have to pick this one up.
It's still a platforming game in which you travel the LittlebigPlanet. I think that's what the author meant. Also, he gave it a great score, i think you can let down your guard. Unless you work for Media Molecule (which you don't), I think you're taking that statement a little too much to heart.
Time and time again people swear by the length of all of these WRPG titles, yet i know tons of games that completely trump them in terms of narrative. It's not even fair!
DualShockers loves the kids!
you just hit the nail right on the head!
Oh you are clever. Seriously though, I think phone gamers and wii gamers catch too much flak, mind you the same people slinging around all their anti- casual hate couldn't hang with any of the titles from back in the day.
I concur.
Nothing like gaming for a good cause!
It's such a tricky situation, but the obvious is that pricing structures are very off.
Dualshockers isn't a fanboy blog. They review everything from iOS to Kinect and everything in between. If a toaster played games they'd probably do reviews for it.
Seriously though, the writer of the article makes very valid points, the ps3 is set forr complete console domination in 2011.
(For the hardcore at least)
Game's like these have longevity in the form of DLC and expansions. I can name like 10 titles off the top of my head that should have never included multiplayer. And I think that their single player campaigns suffered because of it.
Thats my sentiments exactly.
Games like Mass Effect, Fallout, and Elder Scrolls are all about strong narratives and characters you can actually believe and care about. The same connections cannot be made with a buddy on the other end. Rather than tacking on an unnecessary multiplayer component, those genius' at bioware are better off focusing on bringing the best ME3 that they can deliver.
Hey E4G and Dardin Kay... How about crediting the DualShockers video where you took the information from? Because you sure as hell didn't come down from Canada to the event in NYC.
K thanks!

Did you not notice everyone was hanging out and having beers? It's the gaming industry,,, cool and laid back, don't be so uptight.
is that a trick question? It has to be. You CAN'T name one.
lol i was behind the camera filming that interview. I saw it alright.
Talk about living the dream!
Can't wait to see what "The Reggie" will reveal. Oh and if Metal Gear Solid 3 is a launch title, I may just faint.... just saying.
