I just finished it an hour ago & I am still dumb struck on how can a game be so close to perfection.
Nice water effect. I am pretty sure the game looks better in motion. The character model looks pretty rough.
PS3 really needed this boost & so it begins.

I own both 360 and PS3. I am not a loyalist to any specific console. But if this rumor is true. I won't be getting Resident Evil 5 at all. Its totally unethical and we need to draw a line some where. MSFT can't just get away by paying money just because they have big bucks. If this rumor is true. Capcom can count me out, I ain't buying any of there games again.
No it isn't. MGS4 is the best Movie (infact its total cutscenes length is great then a bunch of movies).:D
In my all honest opinion, both versions looked exactly the same. Except at some spot PS3 version looked a touch, just a touch brighter, but that has more to do with the TV settings i guess. Good thing both versions are same.
Now that was awesome. I mean come on, the game looks soo good. Yes its not as good as Killzone 2 or MGS4 but hey its still a work in progress:D
Socom Confrontation, Siren, and MGS4 & GT5 Prologue if you haven't already bought it. Plus wait till E3 and may be they show a few more titles.
Gears 2 & Fable 2 are the only two big guns they have this year. I am hoping Too Human surprise me. Those are the only 3 games I am looking forward to. But yes Sony does have better lineup just when you compare the sheer size and quality.
May be its just me, but I thought the graphics for multiplayer looked pretty awesome compared to singleplayer. May be we all are expecting graphics that are better then MGS4 & Killzone 2. I am pretty sure by the time this game will release the graphics will be close to those two titles:P
GTA4 is a great game. Its not a perfect nor is it a 10/10 game, but still its a 9-9.5 game. The game is fun & its not for people who try to finish the game in one go. Yes almost all the mission structure is same, but I guess thats the norm of today's videogames. Yes the cover system is far from perfect but its there and it works 90% of the time. The only thing I agree with him is the stupid checkpoint system. I am around 50% done with this game & I enjoyed 90% of it & got frustrat...
OMG did i just read that Infamous is set for Spring 2009 release:| I mean wow. I love the story background. Yes it has some similarities with Prototype. Which one will be better? Only time will tell. But to say the least Shane Kim was partially right, 2009 will be the year of PS3:P along with 2008:D Talk about momentum. Great lineup of 2008 and being carried over to next year. Sony should start pumping some consoles this holiday season to avoid shortage issues;)
I won't say its THE best console out there. Because Xbox360 is still alive and kicking. No matter how bleak 2008/2009 looks for 360 it still has some great exclusive games like Gears of War 2, Fable 2, MassEffect2(unless its announced for PS3), Infinite Undiscovery etc.

Anyone who is commenting on the graphics, the developers said in the podcast they will start pumping on the graphics in the latter months. Secondly just count the number of characters you can fight at one time & then say what you want about the graphics.
