I'm so excited to hear that 3 Studios Engaged to Develop the Division. This game is going to be a masterpiece, and I can't wait to get my hands on it.
More servers are coming according to DC face book. I like the sound of that.
Ok Nintendo didn't invent anything as far as everything I said but they did sure popularizes everything though. Apple did not invent touch screen but they get the credit for making it popular.

You might be right. But I also look at things that surrounds this server issues like how often Sony maintenance their sever, how PSN performs/speed, and how often their server goes down after it has been attacked by hackers. These are clues I've taken in account to draw my conclusion.
As of late, I've been noticing my receive n sent message on PSN don't populate as fast as it should so I would have to refresh the screen like 5 times to get it to work. Sometime I c...
Of course all data information are read/sent in ones and zeros if you're taking what i said literally. Most people on Ng4 aren't tech savvy so I try to explain things in a simpler way.
My point is, FPS inputs are normally greater than racing game inputs so therefore there will be more traffic between ISP and game Server.

Yes they are sent to the server. If what you were saying were true than beta testing wouldn't work at all.
Literally the host is with your isp to connect all players locally. The same information are sent to the server as well to keep track.
I think there more to the DC server story. The reason why I say that is because a racing controls are simple compared to FPS which normally has a much greater controls scheme. That said, DC online play shouldn't have impacted the sever this much. Is not like devs hasn't made racing games in the past.well, my guess is, the only solution to this problem is for Sony to upgrade their server hardware or add more servers.
Personally, I don't think the issue has anything...
I think Resident Evil 7 will be fine because I think its the reason why capcom releasing resident evil revelations 2 first to restore the original story/game play/feel in to our mind before giving us Resident Evil 7. In other words, capcom has gone back to their roots with the Resident Evil franchise.
Bloody roar baby.
I'd love for rev/Sony to give us some updated news on the PS+ version of DC.
The patch excuses is getting old already.
patch! patch! patch!
Good move by Phil. I can clearly see why Phil would say something like that. Nintendo are the only company that tries to revolutionizing the gaming industry. They brought us the analog stick, motion control, the most diverse game play on planet earth.
Here my thought, what I think is going on at Nintendo is they're working very hard on the Zelda wii U game engine. In the past Nintendo had each of their aaa game has their own game engine which is a mistake in my opinion. T...
Aren't we forgetting something here. cache
The PS4 has better/more cache shared between the CPU/GPU while the PS3 less cache.
The eight cores are capable of running eight hardware threads, with each core using a 32KiB L1 I-cache and D-cache, and each four-core group sharing 2MiB of L2 Cache. The processor will be able to handle things like atomics, threads, fibers, and ULTs, with out-of-order execution and advanced ISA.
As for the PS3, th...
Can someone confirm this....someone told me there's no music playing during a race in DC. Is he right?
congratulation MS on the res increase. The way I look at it at least the x1 has a fighting game.
I've been dieing for a fighting game on my PS4.
I don't think you're getting my post. I'm not saying PC aren't capable of ruining games at 60fps, I'm saying if a game is beta tested on one platform(current gen) that's set to one setting the potability of bugs happening on an other gaming platform(current gen) are lower. after all, the architecture between the console and PC this gen aren't so dissimilar/different.
I said this a few months ago and I was disagreed for it.
The entire production of a game is also a learning curve. They don't want to be over staff with employee because it too costly. I think They rather feel things out first to avoid over budgeting.
You could leave it unlocked like you said, but doing so put the hardware under different conditions which can lead to bugs. That also include the internet connections if its a mutiplayer game. UBI would have to do a good beta test to insure everything works well on both platform.
Look the e3 2013 trailer of DC http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Now look how it looks today http://www.youtube.com/watc...
EDIT
To me the atmosphere in today's DC looks like how it should look in a normal driving situation, but for a race it should be more dusty looking in my opinion.
what about You tube support? on the PS web browser that is.
