This is highly unlikely. Yes the handheld will have great graphics but there is no way they can make it as powerful given the tiny space they have. Look at the ps3 slim, Sony had to remove the ps2 chip to achieve what they felt like was a good size for the slim
Sony could very well lose this case. There was a reason Apple never chose to sue Geohot, after he continues to hack almost every firmware they release for the iphone.
Not only will this lead to Geohot and Fail0verflow to stop releasing hacks for the ps3, it will also make other hackers very hesitant to release new information due to being afraid of legal issues
Downloading 20 gig is no problem for me having 25mb download, so around 2.8mbps transfer speed. I can download 20 gb in 2 hours.. Yes it sucks for people who have slower connections but they can just instead go rent the game, copy it to hard drive. Then they have the game forever..

We have already discussed this that sony can only change the metldr key (using this key, you can track every other key), and the root key with a hardware revision which they probably will not do. As for you saying that a new SKU that has different keys will change all of this.. well your right, but sony will not do this since they would have to track every package/update/store item/patches from since the ps3 ...
If you followed this story, these hackers are the same hackers who hacked the wii and created the homebrew channel.. This team even presented "Wii Epic Fail" 2 years ago, at this same convention. You guys dont get it, they have the private key. They can create there own packages, firmwares, etc, and the ps3 will think they are authentic since it is signed with that key, without any jailbreak or whatever. They can now hack any console regardless of system firmware since all they need to do is make a package that hacks it. It wont be 360 exclusive. The GTA series is arguably the most popular series in the videogaming industry. There is no way Rockstar will cut its earnings by making it on one console. It will most likely be released on the 360, PS3, and PC. Seeing as this list says 1/15/12, for a huge game like this, i dont know why they wouldnt want a pre-christmas release to maximize earnings.

Because to get a free app on the iphone is relatively easy. Plus Apps only cost .99 to 4.99 in cost to buy where as pirating ps3 games at $60 a game is a bit more extreme
