Hand gestures I understand, every now and then I get that annoying thing. But it lasts like 2 seconds and doesn't affect me. I haven't had a problem with animals or other people walking in and fucking it up. Games go both ways, PS4 and Xbox One have boring games as of now. But that was expected. The only reason I did buy Xbox One at launch is because all my friends bought the system and when I don't work and not in class I usually play online with them. I don't live back home...

It's not a huge problem at all. I just believe eventually when they are able to drop the price, you'll see more sells. It's not that it comes with the kinect. It's the some people just don't want to spend $499.99 plus tax on that console. Microsoft got off a rough start but they are doing well now :).
They are having a rough start lacking 1080p 60fps games. But in due time, they'll have 1080p games. Maybe Quantum Break will be their first true 1080p game? I wouldn't pounce on them for it. Sounds like little brats complaining. But hey that's just me.

They can. Its called defamation. Posting false/true information can lead to a law suit under defamation. Because, those leaked could very well hurt the company, because people don't like the fact it would be disc-less drive. Not saying the leaked information is true or false.
