There is nothing positive for consumers who bought under powered units, that were so bad they would have been outdated 3 years before they even released, just to get a REFRESH 2.6 years later announced, just to play the game at the settings they SHOULD have been delivering in the first place.

Uh... The move controller even on the ps3 was glorious. I was amazed by what you could do with the thing. It felt so natural to use, and you could twist and rotate things you hold in the game just like in real life.
If anything the move controller is going to revolutionize VR interaction. Shaking hands with people around the world, opening doors in games, picking up items and examining them in the vr space, melee combat, ranged combat... The sky's the limit with these ...

It is locked 1080p 60 fps. Horizon Zero Dawn 60 fps gameplay at E3 proved this. The Neo was specifically designed to push 900p 30 fps back to 1080p 60 fps.
Could it change? Of course. Why?... Because consumers are immensely thoughtless and stupid. They will see 4Tflops and stick their nose up in favor of a 6tflop console, even though it's the same in engine settings just pushing it to 4k 30fps instead of 1080p 60 fps. And because of that stupidity, Sony may bow to their own...
