Just ordered myself a copy.
Even better was the fact i used the 'freedel' code for free delivery, and had three £5 off coupons, so managed 2 grab the game for a mere 97p.
TESCO FTW!!
Poor MC4:LA (Midnight Club LA) keeps on getting over looked...
Capture the flag on multiplayer in the MC series has always been a blast.
Personally (although i'll probably buy it for the PC), this looks nothing more than a mediocre shooter at best. It stills uses the same old source engine we've been seeing for years (i'll admit that TF2 looked brilliant though) which has already begun to show its age this gen, and offers alot of the same gameplay that HL2, and CS:S mods offer.
I think EA will do a much better porting job of this, as they already know how much of a dissapointment the Orang Box was on the PS3, and ...
Fight Night round 4 (or whatever they decide to call it) is in development, and is due to be released Q1-Q2 next year.
Give the man his bubbles!!
Bubbles for you m8, that video was hilarious.
He was good at what he done, in that he had a way with his voice that he was able to make things seem more dramatic than they were. I can see how this would begin to get on peoples nervers though.
PAST: In the words of others FAIL
Poor Launch, not enough variety in launch titles; 3 racing games.. come-on.
PRESENT: Doing well
Good titles although not enough AAA's, decent firmware updates etc.. Still no gross-game chat/private chat (Microsoft patent?!) - XBOX 1 up on messaging!.
FUTURE: Promising
Lots of good previews for upcoming AAA exclusives = What looks to be a good christmas for Sony, the hope of x-game chat, recent articles showing th...
It sounds really promising, and so far leaks pretty decent too.
Given time, lets see how well it does against the all-mighty Firefox.
There are probably many ways to do this, although this depends on the extent, and the method covered in the patent, if ofcourse there is one.
Lets hope not though, as it is the only feature the PS3 is in desperate need of, and is 1 of a few things that i believe Microsoft have the upper hand in.
lol. Its called the open zone for the reason its supposed to be for heated debate, not for a stupid little C*** like you to come on, speak S*** and not give any valid reason for your statement.
BTW: its JUUKEN, not JUNKEN...
On-topic though, its nice to see that the PS3 still has alot of power left. My only problem is that alot of people seem to think that these games will dramatically improve graphics wise, where i think the remaining power will only provide a sligh...
Although i dont play WoW, a few of my friends do, and it would've been nice if they included some screenshots for comparison.
Anyway pretty interesting that parameters guides are still being used to push the graphics on PC games.
As good as the PS3 is, i still cant believe that we have no in-game/cross-game chat.
The best purchase ive made in recent times was a bluetooth dongle for my laptop, and by using Bluesoleil's software aswell as Skype, im able to use my bluetooth headset across all games and wenever i want really. For a console that is as capable as it is, this should be fixed soon. I shouldn't have to do this just to speak 2 a few friends whilst playing.
Ah well, old news always manages to slip through.
Although its fair to say that it may swing a few in-the-know PS3 owners to buying RB2 instead.
Yeah it'll be interesting to see how Googles open-source browser 'Chrome' will do.
It's released tommorow isn't it?
So not only will we have Sackboy Kratos, and Nariko running around, we'll also have Winnie the Pooh, and tigger too!! lol
T-i-g-g-er...
Games like, Dark Cloud, Dark Cloud 2, and Jeanne d'Arc etc. pushed Sony's consoles to the limit. Lets hope that the same will apply to White Knight Story.
Move over FF, the new kids are in town... ;)
p.s. Dont forget that those Dark Cloud 3 rumours, that have been kicking about. If they are true, then development for WKS cant be far from complete, no?!
Yeah its all good though, as 1 of those Sackmangina's get squished!
As decent as MK vs. DCU looks, thats all it is decent.
The last Mortal Kombat game that i feel was any good is MK Trilogy. All the 3d sequels have been pretty poor.
But in retrospect the latest Street Fighters haven't been upto scratch either, and SF II (Turbo or not) was the best one.
I don't what is wrong with half of you, but they are 2 independent video's.
They aren't meant for comparison. Firstly both versions will most likely be identical. Secondly the difference in brightness is most likely down to them being played on different TV's with different brightness output. Lastly although the versions may have different interfaces, i doubt it. The scoreboard is different in each version, aswell as the size of the pitch radar. And dent forget there offscreen. ...
'R2 circles the arcade FPS G-spot pleasurably, and occasionally even manages to find it'
Dono if any1 else noticed this, but that is a cracking piece if writting, lol. Gave me a few chuckles. If only all reviewer's could summarize articles this good.
