BC2 is kinda of "clunky" shooter and it's by far one of the best FPS games this generation so far....if done right, clunky can be ok but they have some issues to work out (may already be worked out since this build is a couple months old) before release
It was a day 1 buy but the demo brings up some questions about it....I need to know more about the length of the game, etc....it would also be nice to know more about the gears 3 beta to make an informed decision
Don't forget Battlefield 3 and Gears 3 (from a general gaming perspective....sorry but COD doesn't have a spot in that lineup...maybe used and about 30-40 dollars
Yea I'm trying to only spend 120 bucks every 3 months.....thank goodness I have a bunch of amazon gift cards and I traded in Black Ops....that plan wouldn't be going near as well.

Yea...not a world beater of a game but I want something fresh and unique....I'm a bit tired of super serious war shooters all over the place (Killzone 3 included though I will buy and play it)

I'm interested now when I wasn't in the least a few weeks ago but I'll probably wait for a couple weeks after release seeing as how I'll have Bulletstorm, KZ3 and Dragon Age 2 to worry about. That way I can make sure the game is balanced and fun....let a general consensus happen

This game isn't meant to be an online shooter....way to bash a game you haven't even followed well. If you had followed the game, you would know it's a single player shooter in the vain of a Painkiller back in the day.
Oh, and I'm getting both Bulletstorm and KZ3 because I can....that's why I bother
right but everyone says that BS doesn't have that from a few trailers and it's kiddy because it's immature humor which is the exact same thing out of Duke Nukem.

If you're going the age route, it's not like Duke has a ton of high quality and intelligent dialogue in it
It looks kinda meh to me....it's a lot like BC2 but with the ability to buy things on the fly which is kinda unique I guess but I would rather save my money for different games like Arkham City or even Crysis 2 (at least it differentiates itself from normal war shooters with the powers of the suit)
I went from a lot of interest in this game last year, to hardly any interest to no interest....now the trailer brought me to intrigued but the multiplayer demo will go a long way towards deciding this purchase or not.
Especially when I've got Killzone 3, Bulletstorm (w/ Gears beta in april), and Dragon Age 2 in March

fair enough but I don't run into those issues much...the only camping I see happen usually is in Conquest if one team has all 3 capture points.
It's a bit concerning but if they're large and high quality, it's fine....
I've got a question though...after doing some research (hopefully correctly) I think the map packs for KZ2 launched at 6 dollars for 2 maps. Now, can someone explain to me how those are fairly priced when the COD ones aren't even though it's the same average cost per map (5 maps for 15 dollars is 3 dollars a map and so is 2 for 6).

Give me some KZ3, UC3, ME3, Gears 3, BF3 (yes, definitely some BF3) with a side of Bulletstorm and that's one heck of a year for shooters if I must say
Are you using wireless and specifically the 360s? Crytek and MS support have said that the demo isn't approved for wireless internet and if you plug it in, the game works perfectly (minus lag and hit detection issues everyone has)
It worked for me as I had 5-6 games load without issue
