I'm a fan of this because my computer is always on the internet and I hated the disc check mainly because of taking the disc in and out of the pc...I'm lazy at times
Nothing wrong in that DRM imo...not sure what the fuss is about
I did but they're comparing to games like Call of Duty with 14 maps....so hence my comparison
Does anyone realize that at least on BC2, the maps were so big it was at least 2 cod maps in one?
I'm just saying
No excuses for MOH of though...horribly disappointing
they would be doper if they put a credit on killzone 3....just saying
I've heard the exact opposite about everything but combat from the official game sites previews....they say even fetch quests have meaning since it's fully voiced.
Personally, I just want KOTOR 3-8 out of this and if I get a fun PVP and multiplayer game...so be it
I wouldn't call WoW's combat extremely inspired...I wouldn't read too much into beta testing at this point...just my opinion
I'm glad a couple people that are only testing a piece of the game make up your views...I'll wait for release to figure out if it's terrible or not since you know a beta is subject to change and all
you got the names in the wrong order but everything else right...
anarchy is like horde mode
echo mode is like the demo
Pointless but just an fyi
I've played the demo 7-8 times and loving it
I would jump on that price but I've got a plan in place to buy RDR, Alan Wake or Sly Collection and Fallout New Vegas for about 35 bucks using a B2G1F promo and gift card from Gamestop sometime around March. Pretty good price though
Btw, does RDR have any online pass features like EA's games where you need to buy the game new?
With all due respect to those who love elimination style gameplay, I find it just breeds camping more than anything else and it's everyone staring at an area until someone runs in....to each their own but I wouldn't have bought SOCOM if it didn't have respawns
"Development is going very well, and we're all happy to be heading into our home stretch"
Please make this mean it isn't gonna be delayed....I feel like it is but this gives me hope at least
That's kinda the point of the game....so you can set up more creative kills...plus, you can always increase the difficulty
Good, now will you all PC elistits kindly shut up!!!!
Sorry, it gets annoying...That being said, I'll be glad to see the differences....I'm either gonna get this or LA Noire I think (could I pick two games that are further apart from each other in style)
how do you play every other shooter out there? I wasn't aware you could move the sprint button on consoles?
Not that I want to because it would totally ruin my play but just wondering
Gotta decide between this and Crysis 2....Brink is in the mix but I don't know enough about it to put it in there...What to do in 2 months...
Edit: Btw, can anyone give me some insight into how long Crysis and Warhead's campaigns were? Homefront is the standard oppression story with a "slight" twist but I've never played Crysis so what's the single player like on that compared to a war shooter
Hey be fair, they have one jungle level this time....and i think one winter and the rest
to each their own...I've played the demo 5-6 times and it's still fun trying to find new ways to kill. I'm getting KZ3, Bulletstorm and either Crysis 2 or Homefront
It's kinda meh....feels a lot like COD with a few twists put in with the suit powers but that's not enough to make it unique...oh well, back to BFBC2.
Maybe Bulletstorm will give me a break from regular shooters and get me recharged
I own both consoles, am buying KZ3 and will buy this game...I've played the demo 4-5 times and it's still fun.
Sorry you don't like it, but Bulletstorm is a breath of fresh air from the serious shooters out there like COD, KZ3, BC2 and even Reach (even though I love those games minus COD)
Yea, from what I could tell...they expect it to be fixed by the end of the demo but for sure by release date
I wouldn't call Bulletstorm inspiring but I have played the demo 7-8 times and am buying it first day....It's all about fun.
A game can be inspiring or meaningful all it wants but if it isn't fun, it isn't in my library
