This game is getting a lot of positive reactions! I thought the trailer made it look pretty bad, but if it's actually fun I'll be keeping my eyes out for it.

A lack of Killstreaks is a good thing. Killstreaks not only alter the gameplay in a bad way, but encourage camping as well. Battlefield games are about working as a team to accomplish objectives. COD is about racking up as many kills as possible while not dieing, and that's it.

This, Uncharted 3 and Battlefield 3 are the only games I'm hyped for that are still coming out this year.
Comments on this game: I like that they're actually making the cutscenes feel like genuine interactions between characters, not two people staring at each other while acting like they just did a line of coke. The writing is also alot better. Zeke, surprisingly, is not making me want to kick a puppy when he speaks.

360 "gamers" have always been an endangered species. Most of the people who own the 360 are not gamers. Up until the 360 came out with its line up of fps games and Gears of War, the majority of 360 owners most likely did not play video games.

Seriously, What on Earth did I just see? Demon's Souls?!?! Sure the game was good and sure it was better than some choices up there and sure it was a challenging experiance but giving it GOTY over Uncharted 2 would be like giving Dead Space GOTY over GTA4. If you are looking to actually play games online and not just socialize with your friends over headsets instead of actually hanging out with them, The PS3 has alot less lag than the 360. I have played COD4 on both systems using the same wired connection and I find that games on the 360 have almost twice as much lag as the PS3. Also, if you're going to make an idiotic claim that is completely untrue regarding PSN users and their use of headsets, make sure that you actually play an online match...
Valve really does piss me off. They have not made enough incredible games to act all high and mighty. The reason they are not working on the PS3 is because the PS3 is a new piece of tech that they are not used to dealing with. The 360 consists of basically the same tech of a mediocre gaming PC, and seeing as how the source engine (which is not looking so good these days) was originally made for PCs, it's very difficult for them to port it onto the PS3.
tl;dr: Valve is lazy.
This looks terrible. Caspian Border got me so hyped for BF3. This trailer made me literally groan.
