That is one of the best parts of open world games. Just going around and seeing what's there. I wander for hours in all the open worlds I play. Infamous 1 & 2, Just Cause 2, Far Cry 2, etc. I love just roaming and taking it all in.
I would like for them to say how big the map is like in square miles (kilometers). Would be interesting to hear. So far I think Just Cause 2 is the biggest I've ever played. It is just massive.
^^
What you said means absolutely nothing. In a conversation about graphical capabilities the language a game is presented in is irrelevant. It shows what the system is capable of no matter what language. The game looks incredible.
Toodles
P.S. Yes Foxgod is quite delusional.
Believe me paying attention in American schools does not help. I went to a good public school, then college, then grad school and looking back I realize how many things were misrepresented and not even taught. The American education system is absolutely terrible. Being an American, this is very depressing to me but it's the truth. I met a 10th grader the other day (I have a medical practice and she came to my office) that didn't know the Earth went around the Sun. I honestly did not k...
I loved the first Rome Total War and this looks to be even better. Sadly my computer can't run this one.
@Kleptic
I couldn't agree with you more. I loved KZ2 and the weight of it (still can't get over the people crying that soldiers loaded with gear didn't move like they were on skates). The level designs were great and visually it was just stunning. I had great fun as long as the rocket launcher and grenade launcher were blocked. KZ3 killed it all and was not fun at all. I'm hoping for good things from KZ:SF.
I'd like one that offers character customization like SWTOR and the deep story lines and character/power progression you can get with an RPG but with the simulation-based gameplay of the TFUs games. Make it open world for exploration and put actual DMM or some other form of destruction that actually allows you to destroy nearly everything (not just a few choice set-pieces) and feel truly powerful. Then add the ability to use vehicles if you choose like the Battlefront series.

Oh shut up with the whining about logic and everybody being down on MS and Xbone. Everyone needs to just quit complaining about everyone hating on poor MS. It's not 2006-2008 anymore when everyone including the media trashed Sony and the PS3 every chance they got. Now that the tables have turned, people are crying to high heaven. MS has earned the criticisms they are getting now just like Sony earned them at the PS3 launch. Maybe next gen it will switch again. But please everyon...

You two completely missed the point of Kleptic's comment. Hilarious and sad at the same time. PC fanboys are the worst without a doubt.
I played SSHD just last night. That game is still loads of fun. I'm looking forward to what they have to offer.
Actually the liberals do want to take all the guns but that's a separate issue.
While I love women who are well-endowed and aren't the conventional stereotype of skinny beauty, the body proportions at work here are almost laughable.
Curves FTW.
I know I'm going to get blasted for this but I've watched the trailer for this several times and it just doesn't wow me. It looks pretty and all and I've tried to get excited but I'm just not. I loved inFamous and inFamous 2. I platinumed both of them and spent hours just having fun. I don't know what it is but Second Son just doesn't tickle my itch like inFamous did when I first saw it. I'm holding out for more info and videos hoping to become more excited. I ...
When people stop choosing sides then sports are in serious trouble.
Same here. I loved the Force Unleashed games and Starkiller is one of my favorite characters in gaming but it killed me how stuff would always just disappear. I never understood it. There was enough RAM to put it there in the first place so just keep it. At least until I leave the area.
This explains a lot actually. I was watching the game reveals at MS's conference and then was kind of let down by Sony's. I was thinking "Why do the xbone games look better"? Now I know why I was blown away by Ryse. The game looked fantastic. While I'm not much of a PC gamer I know that a high-end PC will outperform a console. This is reminiscent of the Gears bullshots.
Here we go:

This about sums it up.

LOL that's hilarious. Thank you for that.
OT: Naughty Dog have yet to disappoint me and have completely earned my trust. Whatever they do I will be eagerly looking forward to it. I wonder if there will be any hiccups they hit in porting their engine over since the PS4 seems to be completely different than the PS3 in architecture.
Guns are not the problem. It's the people.

This happened the same day as the Connecticut shooting. If we outlaw guns we need to outlaw knives too. It's people that are the problem.
All corporate news outlets are bad but the way people single out fox is baffling. Other networks show their biases even more quickly. MSNBC are the worst in my opinion. If you're going to hate on one, hate them all for how they skew things and won't report issues and happenings that make their "side" look bad. They all try to brain wash and tell people what to think.
