Gears sure beats any alternatives on playstation imo. Hell mp was 100 percent down for over six weeks on every ps3 game and thats bad not gears patched launch.
That would be killzone 3 for me or haze.
How many more killzones is sony going to cram down our throats? This has to be five or 6 since the ps3 release. They have all gone down hill since two and if this one does as well sony should shelve this franchise for a long time imo.
I would be okay paying that for the new 360 but not a ps4. Just my opinion and I have a right to it. I will pick up a ps4 at sometime but im more excited to see my 360 updated but thats me.

Its pretty obvious to me edge is trying to get ms to talk about there next gen console. No way this will be true as the infrastructure is not there and would cost ms business and ms does not operate that way. As far as close to the metal think 360. The cell was the furtherst thing from that. They both are using pc architecture which will allow more comparartive third party games this round.
Cd prjectred does not want another skyrim disater on there hands so I think its safe to say a ps3 port would of happened by now if the ps3 could of handled it without issues. Im not trying to knock the ps3 but sony screwed up with its split ram. Now a port to the ps4 with the release of part three is certainly possible.

The ps3 is rubbish and really sucked at launch but has gotten better by copying ms online model and giving it out for free.
Not to dog on ms but I do think they are confusing the xbox with the playstation. Sony does not drop there system after a new machine usually. They continue to support it as the ps2 is still alive.
Why would ms fans listen to sony supporters. That seems to be the main people that comment on n4g? I enjoy my 360 and my ps3 and i am a gamer. Its only when i come here is when all i read is negativity towards ms in general. I am just glad the majority of gamers dont get involved with this pittiful my console is better then yours and in the real world Sony is in trouble as a company and with the press.
The Ps3 is considered a kids toy where a ipad or iphone is known for business use on a daily basis.
I believe the ps3 and the 360 are in a state of decay as they are aging. I dont play my ps3 much but I was very impressed with what farcry 3 achieved being a open world game on the limited twins. I am ready for next gen but not because of lack of great games but its time to catch up with technology the best a console can do.
The hate for anything ms on this site is laughable. Its no wonder Sony fans have the reputation they have. Im very happy to see ms reaching a much larger audience which I am quite sure is the goal. If sony are ms release or do something well then stand behind them as a gamer and not a fanboy or hater as this childish console war was old years ago.

You do realize sony caused the main problem this gen by going with cell based games and a hard to program bottleneck system. There is no denying they have raised prices from making a game on multiplatforms. For example do you think its free all the extra time many devs like Bethesda have had to spend on the ps3.

This game will not be big enough here in las vegss to do a midnight at any of gamestops 45 locations. Gamestop is cutting back and even deadspace three which is multi didnt make the cut.
