I am a xbox user as well by the way. I own and have owned both xbox and playstation since the beginning.

MS is turning things around for the Xbox brand and with proof. They are buying game studios and said they are going to put out more first party content, Cross play for games, full backwards compatibility and more. They are building the XSX with all of features that games want.
That sounds consumer friendly to me.

Why would/is Sony waiting for MS? If they know its going to cost 500 then just go ahead and say it. If Sony is the market leader why are you waiting for your competition?
It definitely feels premium. My friend has one and I am pumped about getting one. I'm going to have two in time for my Series X

I hope now MS has new studios and brought on even more creative talent with The Initiative they can still build on those experiences with sequels. Like the difference between uncharted 1 and uncharted 2.
