I agree with some of yours. But game capacity probably wont be limited to 4/8GB .. i think game capacity will vary depending on the title

The same way most kids i see have tablets ... just get a carry bag and its good to go.not every portable needs to fit in your pocket. I don't even put my 3ds in mine. Due to it getting scratches/dust on the outside.

A gimmick isn't a negative by definition. Every game console has a "gimmick" ...xbox one has kinnect and tv functions, ps4 has psvr and now the switch gives you portable and home console in one.. the Switch actually looks like a best of both worlds system which is awesome

Yeah but it's 60 bucks with all the DLC and an art book also A mode for VR. PS4 version will be the best one minus the lovely impulse triggers. If you shop at bestbuy and have gamers club or amazon prime you can get it for 20% off.. never pay full price with these deals
Hopefully with NX we won't need a portable and console versions. If NX can get the support 3DS already gets along with some more western publishers, that would be great!

Problem with physical copies on PC is the media used to store the data. To my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong) pc doesn't have blu ray install discs. Last game I had was NBA 2k 10 which used a dual layer dvd. I wish they would sell blu ray copies of pc games.
There is nothing wrong with showing a game early. The main problem is announcing release dates too early.
All companies have things they can improve on. Sony for the most part has more positives than negatives this generation. At least their release schedule is full of quality titles so they can have some breathing room when delaying titles. But to be honest sometimes I'm happy games get delayed in a packed schedule so my wallet can get a break lol.
Developers may want innovation but publishers want rehash and sell whats a safe bet.!this gen has been remaster and rehash fest. Ppl mainly don't put games on Nintendo platforms because they don't see huge returns on their investment but selling games is about knowing what games nintendo owners want. Nintendo really does have an image problem (kiddy)
The gamepad has Pros and Cons. It was'nt an outright mistake it just lacked features that would make it an awesome device.
Pros- has off screen play, easier inventory systems for games, great for FPS and sports games, built in remote features for your tv... Also had great potential

Makes perfect sense. The series does need to refresh. The main draw is always the time periods visited but they should give us a reason to care about the outside future world as well. Maybe do something cool like have you explore future cities the same way you do visiting the ancestral eras.

I own 25 + games for the Wii U and that is a good solid collection for one platform.. What the wii u lacks mainly is 3rd party and variety in its games. They need some go to sports games and more Rpgs to name some.
This commitment will most likely come if their efforts (3rd party) get adequate sales on the early games. So please 3rd parties put out a great port and i will buy it for Switch
