i doubt it was scorpio specs cause those haven't been finalized yet, but maybe pc. definitely x1s with a cdmi 2.0 HDR capable tv. I don't think standard peoples xb1 will look that bright. but get the s and a HDR capable tv and you have a good chance.

Thats true but only half the equation. What we need to pay attention to is the pc exclusives coming to xbox. If a civilization or a star citizen can be ran on the console but doesn't come then you can say that but i still think we are only seeing half the picture. at e3 we should get a better idea of the entire picture.
All their games are gonna be scaleable, thats why they are using for the UWP and they are combining pc and xbox as one. They will be in a position to have their phone running their UWP games. X1 games were made to text pc users into the xbox app and pc developers into releasing on all win 10 devices. This make no sense, I literally played this game a few days ago. They should have released it and patched their way through. Then put the rest of the team on a single player fable. But the other studios closing too is crazy. I guess the board members are really pressuring the xbox gaming division so they have to trim some fat. They are probably gonna have a portable plug in gpu and cpu stacked together that can plug int the xbox one and boost the system if they decide to add something. Then the bas xbox would be coded for and the other xbox plug in would also be coded for since win 10/ dx12 is scaleable. but it would have to be specific plug ins, like the release an official xbox add on that adds power without changing the coding system for the people who choose not to get it.
