I'm sorry, but if you know the game your publishing is crappy or at least average, you should take steps to make sure the sequal or the next game you put out is better, not pressure websites to fire whomever did the review. Some of you guys are right, Eideos and Gamespot's management are entirely in the wrong for conspiring to sell us an average game with a AAA titles score attached to it!
Honestly, since I've done alot of factory work, this actually looks like a legitimate set up to mass produce PS3s.

The Wii? "Win" this generation? Only legitimate game systems "win" their generation. The Wii is just a fad that's starting to wear thin. Especially if the trend continues with only Nintendo making money off of it and casual gamers buying the system for only Wii Sports or what ever party game they want.
I got my first one during launch(Memory Stick slot died) and it immediately took over my life! I stopped using my GBA and my Discman. I just use my laptop or my PS3 to put songs on it and I'm good. Not to mention that they're are some good games coming out for it. I just recently got Ultimate Ghosts N' Goblins and Castlevania X Chronicles.
So it seems like the gaming media is preparing to nitpick and try to take down another anticipated title, eh? If this game is anything like 1 and 3, then it's gonna rock and be a test of all the gaming reflexes I've earned so far! I've already put $10 down on a copy of the collector's edition I'm so ready for this game!
The news is losing credibility everyday! If you think this is bad, look up how CNN tried to screw over WWE Superstar John Cena. They edited his interview to try and make it sound like he uses steroids. The good thing is that the WWE caught them and put the entire interview on WWE.Com.
Funny how this article has no mention of the fact that the PS3 is starting to make a come back. The new 40gb model out sold the 360 and the Wii in Japan as it will probably do here in the US. I'm sorry, but the entire gaming reporting industry has lost my support(except for N4G, GameInformer, GameTrailers, and Play.) There's been way too much bias and hating in the industry this time around. After viewing this footage I'm glad this game got banned. I played the original Manhunt for about thirty minutes before taking it back to Blockbuster for an exchange. Where Mortal Kombat's fatalities were silly, Manhunt is just gruesome and sick. I think Rockstar should seriously consider killing this franchise because it's brought them nothing but grief and money loss.
I wish the gaming media would stop giving devs soapboxes to stand on. What happened to the days when they only reported on games?

Quite frankly I'm sick of all the whining going on this generation of gaming. I personally think the media needs to stop giving open mics to devs completely and just go back to reviewing games. While all these other devs are crying about the Cell processor, Team Ninja made Ninja Gaiden Sigma way better than the original and Black. Ninja Theory made a great game in Heavenly Sword(not every game needs to take two years to beat!) And if you don't believe there's a conspiracy in the media to ruin...
All the PS3 needs is a true killer app that everyone wants to play. Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Heavenly Sword were okay starts, but they're not MGS4 or FF13. Remember, the Genesis didn't truly tke off until Sega cooked up Sonic The Hedgehog.
They've milked Sonic for all he's worth and the last good game was Sonic Adventure 1 on Dreamcast. Everything else Sega puts out either has great character design, but poor level design(Shinobi), or is crap right out the gate. So I think they should keep their "demands" to themselves and work on a decent next gen title that's worth buying!
Ever since Sony announced the price of the PS3, the entire gaming industry turned on it! But who really cares about Sega, anyway? Every Sonic game they've put out since Sonic Adventure 1 has been crap! And given the success rate of every system they put out after the Genesis, I think all the 360 fanboys should be worried that they're hyping that version!
I'm sick of this crap! If this game had been on 360 every gaming mag and website would be bending over backwards to get people to buy it! One of my friends told me the exact same thing about Bioshock(short, no replay value), but I haven't seen one negative review! I bought Heavenly Sword and I'm happy with it!

It would seem Edios isn't happy with having the entire gaming community angry at them...the really want us pissed off! I know they may be coming out with a new Tomb Raider game, but unless the issue a formal apology to us and Jeff(the guy that got fired for reviewing Kane and Lynch as the steaming pile it is!), I probably won't buy another game from them ever again!
