Sorry but no it won't. Think of all the people who upgrade their phone every year when a new one releases for more than that. Think of the PC players that pay just that for a VC or CPU. There are plenty of people who are willing to pay that price for a premium piece of hardware.

This game looks stunning and yes it is the little things that make more of a difference. That is why I'm so tired of hearing arguments about resolution differences. I would rather have a lot more of the little things than wasting the extra power on 4K resolution any day.
