A man expects MS to announce that One will release on November 14 to beat PS4 to market with free COD for US members. However they will have only shipped about 500 from their manufacturing facilities by that time so they will have their only lead of the generation for about 24 hours before being buried.
EDIT: Only lead over PS4 considering WiiU has a millions strong lead over both right now and will until mid next year at least.

yes MS customized their system's parts. Guess what? So did Sony. Every console is customized. Xbots touting customized CPUs and RAM allocations are just grasping at straws because it's pretty obvious Sony has customized PS4 to be better for gaming as well. Also KZ's MP looked SICK and that trailer with all the customization and 60fps MP swayed a man from BF4 to KZ SF for his launch game.
A man doesn't mind having 2 awesome systems at once to play. Also a man would rather have awesome games still coming and a successor out than games stopping and there being no other option.

A man will do most of his gaming on PS3 until Christmas most likely. This Fall a man will get GTA5, Beyond 2 Souls, and Ratchet Nexus on launch day then SR4, KH HD 1.5, Puppeteer, and Batman on Black Friday. A man will only have KZ and free games for PS4 until Christmas when he gets Watch Dogs and either BF4 or AC4 (maybe get one of those on BF if there's a good deal for PS4 games yet). LoU, Sly 4 (no game in 7 years before that), NiNoKuni, Puppeteer, GTA5 (just the second game this gen), Rain, and Beyond 2 Souls came/coming this year. A man fails to see how sequelitis can be claimed for PS3 lately.
they'll both sell out and everything points to Sony having more units available this holiday. A man doesn't see how this will help all that much.

A man keeps praying to the Red God for a Nov 15 release so that he can offer names of Xbox fans while waiting for the midnight launch. It would be the most epic day in console release history to see REAL console wars. The world is overpopulated anyways and Sony fans are ninjas since it's a Japanese company so MS would lose their early adopters.
