And it's because of that which makes me not want to get into the industry, at least not now. It just seems that the first game you make is all 100% your idea and everything after is usually taken over by the higher up publisher and transformed into a game that "appeals to more people" to make it sell more.

This game is what would make console and other platform gamers want to build a PC. It's nice to see devs make use of the better technology and I think you should get the most value out of what you payed for.

I just hope the PS3 version isn't a trash job port like the ME2 port was. So many glitches/bugs/crashes, you name it. But more was how Bioware said, "We delayed the game another 2 months for "polish". Which in their terms meant trying to fix and finish the game.
But I'll let it slide for now, since I really want to see how everything unfolds in ME3.

I would still like to see cross platform (PS3/360) with this and many other games. Would make the online part of it be much better.
On topic though, I'm sure the majority of people out there won't care about one version being better in terms of sound/graphics. For example, LA Norie. Game was on three disc, compressed stuff, etc..., while the PS3 was on one disc and it still sold more on 360. People just generally don't care. The only ones who do are a minorit...

This game just being announced literally wipes the floor with everything thing else coming out in 2011. I would say the only game that had a chance against this game was ME3, which is now coming in 2012.

I can't believe it took me this long to realize but I'm disappointed in E3. It's just content geared to the US crowd. If Sony would start showing their JP exclusive content like Tales of Xilia/Graces F, WKC 2, Versus, TLG, etc... their show would of been a lot better, but instead it's stuff that only a certain crowd would like. Make sure you play it in chronological order, which is:
MGS 3
MGS Peacewalker
MGS 1
MGS 2
MGS 4
That way you understand the story better.
