Well you see, the Internet is filled with people, different people with varying opinions and thoughts
So it's both, some people think it's not fair, some people think it looks mediocre

I've seen better remastered trilogies for roughly the same, hell I've seen collections 5 times bigger for half the price
but that would be expected to cost less and nintendo doesn't like things costing less
