Also by having these big companies in there countires it provides stimulus, advancing a countries wealth beyound that of which it would have without these companies. These conditions may be tough to us, but to them they are use to rugged conditions on their farms. there is plenty of tricks to make a 3D game look good. I.e. with 3D your vision is quite focused, thus they can improve those areas and leaves area where to vision is not focused.

You do realize Microsoft is outsourcing production? They are not a hardware company like Sony with their own manufacturing hub (if they did they wouldn't have economies of scale). Therefore is likely after production fees and materials the xbox 360 only costs slightly less that the ps3. PS3, Sony creates most of the components and assembles them in their factories, thus would likely be cheaper to create than we expect.
