Anyone who has enough money to spend on the PS3 and buys the 360 is throwing away money in my opinion.
As an owner of both systems I can say that the PS3 is the only system I play now. I havent touched the 360 since Halo3. GOW was cool but way too short. GOW2 will be the same....
PS3 has longevity for sure. Blue ray, cell, etc. The games are looking better each year.
How can Fable 2 and GOW2 compete with Home, LBP, SOCOM, RFOM2, Motorstorm2, KZ2 ...
It is only a matter of time that developers start to realize the true power of the Cell. Sony has truly made a future proof system this time. Based on MGSIV, Drakes, RFOM, GT5 etc the system has only started to shine.
Kudos goes to Sony for this amazing machine!!

Drakes 1 is based on a true story. Drakes coffin was never found in real life. . . :) This was the base of the game. Cool!

The first game was innovating in every category. I have yet to play a game where the jet ski felt so realistic while climbing up rapids.

I bought all 3 next gen systems. I have no brand loyalty as long as they have a solid base of exclusive and 3rd party.
If Sony decides to play "Nintendo" and go for the quick cash next gen I will not buy their system.
To me it is all about having the best system available the has the best games. No brand loyalty.

The 360 has better triggers because they are shaped like a gun trigger. Therefore your fingers dont slide off
The PS3s triggers are not shaped like a gun trigger and are formed like a contact lense which makes it easy for your fingers to slide off.

3) MGSIV
4) Lair (You can argue controls but not graphics)

6) Oblivion (even though its multiplatform. It is very nice to look at)

I have both systems. I played the best games each system had to offer. The 360s exclusives dont come close to the PS3s.
I am actually trading in my 360 for 80 bucks in a few weeks... Yep.. 80 bucks.... I am putting the money towards LBP or RFOM before the system is worth less on trade in.
I dont think GOW2 and Fable2 are worth holding onto it for. I am not paying for live so why buy the games as I wouldnt warrent a purchase without online play. And 2 good games ...
Why are we concerned??? PSN is free just like PC online gaming. The difference is when you get into large scale online games it will definitely require maintenence.

Home is going to be awesome hands down. Think about it. This is definitely the next progression in online gaming.
Being able to attend the E3 in your living room is amazing.
Being able to sit in a uncharted, warhawk, MGS4, SOCOM, LBP, RFOM2, KZ2, cafes and discuss trophies, hidden items, strategies, dlc etc will be amazing.
In summary this idea is the next logical step for consoles.

Every game except viva piniata I believe was CG on the 360 and in game on the PS3. Even the MGSIV vids were actually game graphic intermissions. All the 360 stuff was CG.

I purchased 360, Wii then PS3. I havent purchased a Wii game since Zelda.. THe system is a joke. Seriously. I cant believe people are still buying it.
