And yet I don't own a PS3, though mostly because 600$ is to much for any gaming machine and its CURRENT lack of games. Maybe in 2 or 3 years, I'll pick it up when its in the 150$ range.

Look I have nothing against BR/HD-DVD. They are both great medias and the extra size they have is fantastic. But it is not needed yet. As long as I see games that look and sound just as good on the 360 then there is no compelling reason that BR is a must. A please wit...
Well to be fair alot of the 5 mil people who bought the PS3 are people who are Sony loyal. Now I might poke fun about how silly it is to buy any product based on name brand but thats just me and truth be told, I'm the minority in this.
But aways the whole "test of time" argument is just silly. I'm sure that in 2011 or whatever year that MS releases their next system, Sony will release theirs because as you saw this time around, you really can't afford to go last.

Well obviously the physics does affect game play, as without it, that guy would have never had been hit by the grenade...
And in any event Halo never really had life-like physics. Hell you can almost just 2 your height, and just pressing a button flips a tank over.

Actually they could easily lower the price, its MS remember. It really just depends on what MS long term goal is. If its to get a fair share of the market, which it has done, then no they really don't need to lower the price. But if they are trying to push Sony out, then yea they need to lower the price.
Ohh just another point of view, as fair as companies go, Sony is the one who really can't afford to keep lower the price. They are in far far worse shape than MS is in financia...

But KZ2, while looking ohh so pretty, will not only be bogged down by the last KZ's reputation but also because, well, its just another shooter. Now thats not necessarily a bad thing, but it wont sell a system so to speak.
