I agree. These people get so worked up over the smallest things that it's comical. I can just see these nerds at their computers with their can of soda, belly overlapping belt, pushing their glasses back into place, sweating and just looking and waiting for something to strike at to make their company of choice look good. never could get into metal gear only because i didn't like the camera. But i did play MGS3:subsistence and it was pretty good. i know i'll give MGS4 a run through.

do you know how huge the Playstation brand is? Bigger than anything the xbox can accomplish. And you think that will change? Microsoft's xbox will never see the kind of numbers the Playstation brand has sold to date. I have nothing against the xbox, but to compare it to Playstation is absurd. Both are doing fine right now. Everyone has different tastes.

Didn't M$ say that the 360 was going to be THE entertainment hub for your living room, covering all aspects of entertainment? Hence the name "360"? So what happened? Sony claimed the same thing for PS3, and is actually doing what it said it would do. Yea it does get right to the point, which is games, and nothing more. The 360 is a gaming console, the PS3 is a multi-media format.
you are correct, M$ rushed the 360 way too fast, just to claim first to market. I wish they would have taken their time, in terms of hardware, the second time around is supposed to be better, move forward, not take a step back from the first box.
