It is doing pretty good in America...we will see when NPD numbers roll in...if it's like last time and it outsells PS3, even by just a couple thousand units, then the 360 will be here for a couple more years. But hey, you gotta give Microsoft credit, they had the balls to step into an arena dominated by Sony and Nintendo, and did pretty decent, but until they can push at least 40 million units, they will never be taken seriously in the hardware department.
this is the difference between Sony and Microsoft, Sony wants to offer quality while Microsoft doesn't care and just rushes everything out so they can say "we were first, we win"!!!!!!!!!!! Ya know, something a little child would do. We have all seen what patience can bring us. I will gladly WAIT B3YOND if it means newer entertainment experiences.

yea i played the first one, i liked it cuz i like games. But you all were saying that Gears 2 would be the end all graphics wise, now that we see it isn't, you all are going to the gameplay argument...it's funny in here, someone gets proven wrong about something, then they switch arguments. Gears 2 looks good, but comparing it to Killzone 2 in the graphics department, it doesn't hold a candle. try your game on another PS3...i had a similar situation happen to me with ps2...i posted earlier in this section if you want to check it out
that would be 100 million in about 4 years...i'm curious as to how long it took the ps2 to reach 100 million...anybody provide a link? I would try and find one but I really can't think that fast as to know where to start looking for one
it is the hardware...a similar situation happened to me with God of War 2 on a ps2 slim, it wouldn't play on mine but it would on my buddies ps2 slim...i called sony and it was a certain model that was doing it, the last couple of digits of the serial number...it would play anything else be it movies or cd's, games whatever, it was weird and you can just imagine how i felt, i mean c'mon, GOD OF WAR 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man that sucked!
