considering the 360 was a year out earlier than ps3, not that far behind, i think gta4 will hold the record sales for multi-platform sales, but i think halo 3 will still be single console sales... Rockstar is dancing in the dough

piracy is ruining pc gaming, console based its not as bad, but it will get worse if pc games ends, no developer gonna make a game for pc when it gets pirated day 1, their losing sales and eventually are gonna decide its not worth it anymore...sames goes for consoles and handhelds, people who pirate are in effect killing the industry..

my gs/eb had tons of copies, if you preorder a game, they order that one in specifically for u, granted if they sold out, the guy really should of mentioned it was and that they only had preorders left, ive only had that experience once and it didn't bother me one bit as i understood and didn't preorder it...this is being taken way out of context...grats u got the game thou, but gs/eb really needs to inform customers rather than just saying sorry i can't sell you a copy...personally i would ...
pc gaming is not dying, if anything its stronger...just look at WOW...and with StarCraft 2 on the rise its gonna be bigger than ever....the 360 will be gone long before PC gaming will,even the PS3 will be long gone...In short pc gaming has survived 7 generations of consoles and will be around for the next generation.....

i preorder the game paid full so i just need to pick it up, i go after the chaos, i don't wait in line, they always have mine, even if people say they will sell it, they never have, they told a person in front of me one time that they were sold out, yet i was getting it

jrpgs will not go anywhere, if anything wrpgs will quickly go the way of the dodo.... like cmon, theres only 2 wrpgs i loved and they were Star Wars Knights of the old republic, and oblivion, but i have never gone back and played them ever, once finished there was nothing else to do...Jrpgs, there are always things you missed, unless you followed gamefaqs walkthroughs fully, but then your just lame and taking away the true game experience, i use them once and awhile when im seriously stuck fo...
keep original battle system, yes it may be out of date, but keep the classic rpg style off ff7, id be happy with just updated models myself...oh btw i would buy two one for collection and one for playing ;)
