look how fast a game is hacked once its released to stores...usually its out by launch and sometimes before...Devs will not want to make a game for PC if people crack/hack it in days...they lose lots of money that way and the way its going their switching to console cause less people hack/mod their PS3/360/Wii/PSP/DS... if you shoot a car with, 9mm, shotgun,minigun, ak47, or even a m16/m4, they will not blow up even if your shooting at the gas tank, so really the explosions were put for entertainment...bullets do not ignite gas...
GTA 4 was hyped up especially the savior of the 360, but in the end, its just another GTA, nothing special with things...lots of things taken out...i wanted to buy the strip club ;(

ms avoided a recall by paying a fine, and it was a fine directed towards ms knowingly released a faulty product to beat sony/nintendo in the next generation console...it would a been a bad thing to happen if they did a recall of the 360...
