Yeah, it's pretty redundant (my opening statement), but that's how I imagine the Wii U will be interpreted as.
It functions as a remote control for tv sets
Media streaming services
Near Field Communication technology
The ability to stream an entire game onto the Wii U pad (developers decision)
And I'm sure there's a thing are two Nintendo's withholding from the masses, come system launch.
And no producers to influence the game being developed (well that's if you don't count the supporters, lol).
I find that very intriguing, for some reason.
The people who just don't like "Nintendo", have been voicing their opinion the most about the Wii U.
Or something they'll catch their attention. I was satisfied with Nintendo's E3 2012 conference, because I'm excited for pikmin 3, P-100 (I think?), Scribblenauts, Lego City stories, Zombie U, Assassin Creed 3, Rayman Legends, and an abundance of other titles.
I believe the only ones that are so far - disappointed with the Wii U - are the PS360 gamers. They've experienced HD gaming before, and everthing Nintendo showcased for the Wii U, is either comparable (visu...
Pretty much explains how Nintendo innovates on their existing IP titles. Too bad the majority of N4G'ers, think differently.
Then it'll sell extremely well. I'm not expecting that price, but a lot of consumers would be on board (if that was the case).
With Nintendo launching the Wii U with a digital downloading gaming service (day 1, while also giving companies incentive), it'll improve Nintendo's relationship with a lot of 3rd party developers.
And may you find a better life in your blessed Kingdom.
With them being a family orientated company (Nintendo), you can only imagine the backlash they would receive if something inappropriate would happen during an individual's gaming experience.
Imagine if you owned a Restaurant...
What if "certain" consumers were spreading fluff about how dirty your establishment is, or how your workers don't wash their hands before preparing a meal.
Some human beings are devious by nature, which...
A brand's global acceptance is the key to its success. Hypothetically writing - what if XB 360 Asia sales were comparative to the console's sales in NA?
Like Sony - Nintendo is a band name that sells globally (I'm speaking on behalf of gaming console platforms). I'm not undermining Microsoft, just pointing out were Nintendo and themselves, differ in that regard.
Less characters, a more robust feature set of combating attacks, mii supported, with a "create-a-move-set" mode, enabled.
Mii supported characters, would be a huge positive for me.
My comment (up above) was imperiously worded.
PS360 >>>>>> Wii.
The Wii U big "step up" from Nintendo (regarding their Wii console).
Talent deserves to be rewarded.
They want the Wii U to be as viable as the Snes was for them, back in the day (more quality supported 3rd party software).
I'm expect an support parity.
Though functional, it wasn't really the ideal platform for those who spend the most of their time multiplayer gaming online (Barring: Cod's, Conduit 1/2, Monster Tri, etc.). Limited hardware also played a role in the Wii's lack of potential AAA 3rd party supported software.
I would like to think of it as an, "you live and you learn" experience for Nintendo. Whatever the shortcomings - the Wii is Nintendo's most successful hardware console they've e...
Though through the Wii U's digital downloading service (which Nintendo stated, would be fully functional during the system's launch day period), there's really no reason it wouldn't be.
No one should be deterred from this bit news.
Could it work?
It'll make it a lot easier for family and friends, to game together.
Here's to hoping developers won't forget about the Wii-mote demographic (fingers crossed).
