I think they should have asked participants what the Xboxone is in terms of a qualitative response then asked if they want one. I still think people are latching onto a name rather than a need.
Interesting they have also got so many responses within a short period of time aswell without any incentive. It would be very interesting to see how they contacted their target audience i.e. forums, database etc.

I still have issues with the sounds as the tyre noise for gripping still sounds like it's straight out of Gran Turismo! Would be nice to have some wind effects too with leaves blowing about the place or cut grass :)
As much as I love GT as a franchise the tyre screech needs to move on from the same sounds used on the PS2! Every car has the same tyre screech and it needs to change!
Demos are demos as we have not seen the multiplayer just yet which could be quite addictive

I agree but I have seen the likes of ND split their development team for Uncharted 3 and as a result both elements suffered in my opinion. I guess we can't have it all !
I understand what you are saying but Analysts from any industry do get things wrong more often than not especially when forecasting the future and especially predicting the overall sales of a new console cycle! I guess time will tell :)

They do have the reserve pack now which increases your chances of getting a character(s). You are obviously playing with noobs aswell ;)
