@Angelic Yes, Sony & Nintendo can do what CD3 is doing. It's simply using cloud computing. I don't think many of you understand that. The difference is they're using it in a way that hasn't, at least in such a large magnitude, been done before. It's not "hard." It's time consuming. There is a major difference.

You're getting disagrees for stating facts lol. What was shown of CD3 was pre-alpha stuff. If people think that is going to be the end product, they're setting themselves up for massive disappointment. However great the technical achievement it is for the game (and industry as a whole) it is still a game. You can have 1:1 scale destruction in a densely constructed city all you want, but at the end of the day, it's a game and the previous iteration of this game did rather poorly. ...
The only reason people think this game is going to be a game changer is because of the pre-alpha demo shown, and the level of destruction showcased in it. But, I guess people don't remember how bad CD2 was? 1st game was great, 2nd game... not so much. The last time I checked it had something like a 70 on metacritic, while the 1st has a much higher rating. Do you think insane destruction is going to somehow make CD3 a good game on its own? If you do, I feel bad for you.
Why do people keep saying Sony is being complacent when they have 3 upcoming conferences at which to announce and/or show off new games? Makes no sense. The PS4 has one of the most diverse libraries of games I've seen on a platform in a while, especially relative to the amount of time it's been on the market.

@Jmanzare Nobody is assuming Tomb Raider is coming to PS4 because it has already been confirmed that TR is coming to PS4.
It hasn't been confirmed that NMS is coming to X1.
