I really just meant in regards to making fun of the presence of dinosaurs. Personally, I like when there are more than one retro review for a game, hence why I didn't just say that it was a straight up rip off - I'm not calling it a ripoff. Others might. Way to read too much into things.

Kingdom Hearts definitely broke me for turn-based for a while, too. I went back, though. Why keep yourself from playing a good game just because of the battle system?

I understand the concerns about diminishing returns, and I know this won't be like the shift from 2D to 3D... But c'mon. New consoles are going to come out whether we like it or not. We don't need to buy them at launch, and for Nintendo, a new generation is really needed. Be happy. Enjoy life.
I would rather have the original Mother series actually get an official release here, but I'd take a reboot. F-Zero in 3D? Brilliant.
