Way to be constructive with your criticism, everyone. My PS3 failed. I'm buying a new one. Sony is copying Smash Bros. If you think they aren't, you're deluding yourself, and for no good reason. The game will be great. Even if it wasn't the first of its kind.

While that is a great way to go for movies, I'm not sure how that could be a good idea for video games. Why would you need the download if you have the physical copy and vise versa if they'll be played on the same machine anyway?
