Not true at all, on ps4 and xbox1 digital downloads are tied to your account /user name not the console.
Although you can only use your account on 2 systems at any given time with out having to deactivate a console.
Obviously you can't think beyond swapping hdds.
Some people like me use digital downloads only so ya it's a hassle having to re-download everything when you can simply add an external and avoid lossing all your data.
The driving is shit, the flying is shit, the game mechanics are shit.
GRW could learn something from Rockstar.
Just because the two games are open world doesn't mean shit.
