Well...that is an opinion. I would go for Uncharted 2's story.
That being said I have only briefly played 2-man multiplayer on the original Gears of War. Didn't strike me as a series that would have a strong narrative.
Doesn't bother me and it shouldn't bother anyone else that someone prefers Gears.

It is a very basic twin stick type shooter, imo.
Try the demo and see for yourself.... It's odd that I even played it since I find the show lacking in the laugh department.
