Yes you get extra content in the form of an area and a gang outfit.....but I hate to tell you this, the game looks pretty much identical on BOTH consoles, and personally I think it's better that way, because then nobody gets screwed.
Also, The 360 has custom soundtracks on EVERY game, I just have to play music from my hard drive while I'm playing.....but I guess you'd know that if you had one.
