I'm confused about all this hype with Halo: ODST, seeing how it's only a 3-4 hour campaign...just really doesn't do it for me.
Now on the other hand, if it was a full, actual game rather than an expansion/add-on, then I'd be more than happy to accept this new addition.

Gears "wannabe" or not, people are still going to buy it if it's good regardless of what others will say about it. Complain all you want, in the end it won't help you out one bit.
I just think that Rare still has that "kiddie" feel to it, so it would make sense seeing how most of the games they've developed for the 360 were overlooked or simply ignored.
Hard to win over a hardcore FPS crowd. I've enjoyed a lot of their games back in the past and hope that they continue to push on. Just because they haven't pushed out anything that has redefined the gaming industry doesn't mean they should be cut loose.

Anyway, this is pretty cool that they're announcing a new episode for GTAIV. Got my Fallout DLC, still playing the waiting game for GTAIV.

It is silly though to see fanboys rave how they have the MGS franchise....the only thing you have from this well known franchise is one game.
