MGS4 will be nearly 2 or 3 years old depending on when Rising comes out, so it's expected that games coming out in 2010/2011 will look better than the 2008/2009 era.
I really don't have high hopes but we'll see when they show actual footage.

It's all good and fine that they don't want to develop games for the PS3, trust me I think we'll live without them.
It's when they start stating that the PS3 is "to hard" to develop for. LMFAO! Tell that to Naughty Dog, Insomniac, R*, Guerilla, and just about every other developer out there that has made a game on the PS3.
