You must know everything then. Are you an egineer working at MS? Are you an expert in cloud computing? Because people have NEVER in history figured out how to solve or improve something right? Just because Sony hasn't figured out a way to do it, and PS fanboys want the cloud to fail, doesn't mean MS hasn't already solved the problem.
Some of the biggest games coming out next year are online only games: the division, the crew, titanfall, etc. So even though not every game in the future will use the cloud because of off-line purposes, you can sure bet there will also be a lot of online only games that will use it.
Cloud processing probably won't be used by developers in the early years, but it can certainly be used 4-5 years from now, maybe even in less time.
Just because Sony doesn't think the cloud could work for better game processing, doesn't mean MS hasn't figured out a way to make it work. Technology is being enhanced and developed everyday.
Also, keep in mind, MS has one of the 3 biggest cloud services in the world next to google and amazon. And just because developers might not use it today, doesn't mean they won't begin using it 4-5 years from now, especially for online-only games.

Actually we DON'T know if the PS4 is more powerful because we don't know the full specs of either console. You can believe the 50% more power hype all you want, but anybody with any common sense would realize that we have yet to see this power actually show up on games, since PS4 exclusive don't look better than the X1 exclusives.
