Dude lots of Americans like a seriously large portion dont have reliable internet. This is a pipe dream. Cloud gaming isnt going to be a thing for at least 15-20yrs unless ISPs get rid of data plans.
Given the average house hold has a connection of about 12-15mbps and some of that is satellite or hot spot wifi which doesnt deliver enough bandwith to do cloud gaming Im going to call it no where close to 50/50.
