The unrestricted access to wrapons like the Ar15 is one of the problems. Any idiot can buy an Ar15 and mow people down no skill required that's why people like the weapon its easy and takes no really practice or skill to use.

If the dev kits are out that is generally what will end up being the console, they are going to wasting money sending out kits that will change vastly between that and launch titles. The only thing to change between ps4 dev kits and final specs was Ram. Being that Ps4 and Ps5 will continue to be AMD and x86 it will less of a transition between the gens.
