The orginial time frame was 40hrs what you experienced was the roll back after EA tried to calm people. Plus just because you've unlocked heros mean nothing you still need to lvl them and that is where the grind comes in now.

They arent going to change that stuff because thats what you have the "option" to spend money on when they bring back the MT. That way the other players can buy there way to OP force you to either deal with it or buy MT.

We now have a tiered purchase system and free to play game mechanics in preimum games. The publishers and Devs love to push the games are getting more expensive line but yearly its just so they can get people to accept MT.
