I don't think it is as much hate as disappointment. They were hyping it before E3 and it came out with a meh. They hyped it as a 4k console when it only upscaled to 4K. I got one want to see a side by side comparison of the PS4 Pro and the standard PS4 with HDR on a 4k TV to see is the PS4 pro upscaler looks better than the TV's built-in upscaler.
Has anyone published a comparison of a game on the pro and standard PS4 with HDR on a 4k TV? Is there a difference in images quality between the Pro upscaler and the TV's upscaler?

You mean Uncharted upscaled to 4k is more appealing. But, anyone can have that with any 4k tv because the TV will upscale the standard PS4. So, what is the point of the NEO?
I for one would be more willing to buy a VR headset if it would work on my PC and console because we have no guarantee that the PSVR will work with the PS5. Look what happened when Sony said PS3 driving wheels would work with PS4. At least with PC you know the standard will be around for awhile.

I wonder if they had to dumb down AI because of PS4. Remember AI in the first one ran off the cloud and MS server. Anyone knows what they did with the AI this time?
Hey, that is what the built in upscaler are for. ;-). I'm really don't mind what the native resolution is the upscaler in the Xbox one ,my reciever, and tv do a great job. But, for. Anyone that played the first one the frame rate is more important.
I remember when people said Titanfall didn't run at 1080p because Xbox one was too weak. Well, it seem PS4 can't handle1080p either. I wonder if the is due to AI. Xbox one off loads it to servers and I wonder if PS4 has to handle it internally? I would be interested to hear how they handled that.

I have PC and Xbox. Some games I prefer to play on my PC like FPS and aims and other that I play with other on my console like sports against a friend and group games that are better on a big screen. So for me they are not the same and fill different needs.
It doesn't matter how many they have if you don't like any of them. That's why I didn't but a PS4. I couldn't find a game that made me want to buy it. I have a ps3 so all of the remastered version of games didn't appeal to me. I don't like GOW and. GT 5 &6. I like racing games and PS4 has really none that are any good and can hold a candle to Forza and Forza horizon. It's funny how people say the reviews for this game don't matter but, if it's a Xbox game all you see is people bringing up metacritic scores.
But, it's true reviews don't matter because everyone has their own opinion and perspective. And no matter how good reviews a game gets it only matters if you like it or not.

You realize that Ps4 also had bundles at reduced prices. I just what changed to make more people but X1. Is it market saturation and everyone that wants a PS4 has a PS4? MS didn't have any really huge games I can think of.
