AC3 was amazing, but Black Ops 2 online play was an INDUSTRY REVOLUTION. My opinion is COD should ride BO2 one more year, and just release new map packs and guns for an extra year. This was the release we've been waiting for, why not milk it and make it that much more amazing for another year?
Assassins Creed always tells a great story, so I welcome a new release every year.
This game ROCKS on the 360. Not so much on the PS3, might be a slow cpu issue. Either way, get this game if you have a 360.
The PS3 is really just a blu-ray player to about 80% of owners, so the PS4 MUST bring something awesome to the market to be worth the money, as we all already have blu-ray players.
Why not ban used games? If I had a business and people were selling my products used, then I also would look at a why to crush that. Sure, they aren't breaking the law, but if I can be smart enough to overcome it then I'll make much more money.

I felt RE6 was a contender for game of the year. It's unfortunate that once one review blasts it then all reviewers and gamers jump on board.
I admit, RE5 was better... But RE6 was still a lot better than those ridiculous sneak-around-in-the-mansion previous Resident Evils.
MS really shouldn't do anything. They should let Sony and Nintendo fight it out for the second position in the industry, and only then release details on the next XBOX.

LA Noire was run of the most overrated games in recent history... Up there with Dishonored. What's funny about the facial technology thing is even Halo 4 had better facial technology - except it didn't market that fact every hour of the day.
The best part is you can take the PS4's accomplishments and double them to see what the next XBOX will be delivering.
I gladly pay for it and if they raise the price I'll keep paying for it. Until one of the other services can compare in quality then XBOX LIVE is just how it has to be.
I *really* doubt the leading game development company would stake its next exclusive on the most struggling of the console makers.

The Wii U is the first console since the Super Nintendo that I didn't buy, and had no care to buy. Chances are that quite a few gamers have that same view.
Therefore yes, it is doom and gloom for the Wii U.

The next XBOX has already won the next generation both in hardware and IP's. However, as gamers, we need the PS4 to at least give competition. If the gaming industry falls into the same situation as the mobile tech industry did - where Apple took over and price gouged everyone - then it will be years before it recovers.
Sony, please make the PS4 at least competitive!!!
I hope the PS4 out does the X360 because right now the PS3 is just a blu-ray player in most people's homes... With the next XBOX having a blu-ray player, it could make Sony's offering completely worthless.
